Quality Control is a very important aspect for the world renown OM LESMO GROUP and will continually develop innovative and original products of the highest quality.

OM Lesmo’s Quality Control Department uses the latest testing techniques based on liquid-penetrant and magnetic-particle examination together with various types of measuring devices, including dimensional testing equipment for verification of the physical properties of materials.

In addition, the OM Lesmo Group is compliant with ISO 9001 since 1998. For all machines manufactured, all information is recorded and saved under a serial number used to trace all drawings for each component together with the precise manufacturing data including tolerances and all dimensions. This certification required constant commitment towards improvement of the entire cycle of activities in all company sectors.

With these procedures and certification in place, OM Lesmo is more able to provide its customers the support necessary to maximize the production time of their machines guaranteeing full customer satisfaction.
